This creamy peanut butter yogurt apple dip is a quick, healthy snack packed with protein, calcium, and healthy fats. Perfect for busy families, solo snackers, or party platters, it comes together in minutes and pairs beautifully with crisp apple slices.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1/3 cup natural peanut butter (smooth, unsweetened preferred)
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt (plain or vanilla)
  • 12 tablespoons honey or maple syrup (optional, adjust to taste)
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract (optional)
  • Pinch of salt
  • 34 medium apples, washed, cored, and sliced

Instructions

  1. Measure out peanut butter, Greek yogurt, honey or maple syrup (if using), cinnamon, and vanilla extract.
  2. Wash, core, and slice apples.
  3. In a medium mixing bowl, add peanut butter and yogurt. Whisk or stir until smooth and creamy.
  4. Drizzle in honey or maple syrup, sprinkle cinnamon, and add vanilla extract. Stir until fully incorporated. Taste and adjust sweetness as needed.
  5. Add a pinch of salt and give the dip a final whisk to blend. Adjust consistency: add milk or yogurt if too thick, more peanut butter if too runny.
  6. Slice apples into wedges or thin slices. If prepping ahead, toss apple slices in lemon juice to prevent browning.
  7. Scoop dip into a serving dish and arrange apple slices around the bowl for dipping.
  8. Store leftover dip in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 2 days. Stir before serving.

Notes

Use room temperature peanut butter for easy mixing. Taste and adjust sweetness and consistency as needed. For dairy-free, use coconut or almond yogurt and almond butter. Slice apples just before serving for best texture. Store dip in the fridge for up to 2 days; stir before serving.
