A quick and easy skillet dessert featuring a buttery graham cracker crust topped with melted milk chocolate and toasted mini marshmallows, reminiscent of classic campfire s’mores but made effortlessly in your kitchen.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 1 ½ cups graham crackers, crushed (honey-flavored or cinnamon)
  • 6 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
  • 2 cups mini marshmallows
  • 1 ½ cups milk chocolate chips
  • Optional: pinch of sea salt for sprinkling after baking

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. Crush the graham crackers finely using a food processor or a rolling pin inside a zip-top bag.
  3. In a medium bowl, combine the crushed graham crackers, melted butter, and granulated sugar. Stir until evenly moistened.
  4. Press the crust mixture evenly into the bottom and slightly up the sides of an 8-inch oven-safe skillet.
  5. Bake the crust for 8-10 minutes until golden and toasty.
  6. Remove the skillet from the oven and evenly sprinkle the milk chocolate chips over the crust.
  7. Top the chocolate with mini marshmallows, spreading them evenly.
  8. Bake for another 10-12 minutes until marshmallows puff up and turn golden brown. Optionally broil for 1-2 minutes for deeper toasting, watching carefully to avoid burning.
  9. Optionally sprinkle a pinch of flaky sea salt on top after removing from the oven.
  10. Let the skillet cool for 5 minutes before serving to allow the dip to set slightly but remain gooey.

Notes

Crush graham crackers finely for a sturdy crust. Bake crust before adding toppings to prevent sogginess. Rotate skillet halfway through baking if marshmallows brown unevenly. Use mini marshmallows for even melting and toasting. Serve warm for best gooey texture. Optional broil step enhances marshmallow toast but watch carefully to avoid burning.
