These Easy Turkey Ranch Pinwheel Lunch Box Wraps are a quick, no-cook lunch idea made with ranch-seasoned cream cheese, deli turkey, and fresh spinach rolled in a flour tortilla. Perfect for meal prep, they hold up well in a lunch box and are endlessly customizable.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 4 large flour tortillas (10-inch)
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 packet (1 oz) ranch dressing mix
  • 810 slices deli turkey breast
  • 1 cup fresh baby spinach
  • Optional: thinly sliced bell peppers, shredded carrots, sliced cucumbers, provolone or cheddar cheese

Instructions

  1. Soften the cream cheese by letting it sit at room temperature for 20 minutes or microwaving for 10-15 seconds.
  2. In a medium mixing bowl, combine the softened cream cheese and the entire packet of ranch dressing mix. Beat with a hand mixer on medium speed for about 2 minutes until smooth and fluffy. If mixing by hand, stir for 3-4 minutes until fully incorporated.
  3. Lay one large flour tortilla flat on a cutting board. Spread a generous, even layer of the ranch cream cheese all the way to the edges (about 2-3 tablespoons per tortilla).
  4. Place 2-3 slices of turkey flat on top of the cream cheese, overlapping slightly to cover the entire tortilla.
  5. Scatter a handful of fresh baby spinach leaves evenly over the turkey in a single layer. Add any optional veggies now.
  6. Starting at one edge, roll the tortilla up as tightly as possible without tearing, using your fingers to hold the filling in place. Place seam-side down.
  7. Wrap each rolled tortilla tightly in plastic wrap or parchment paper, twisting the ends like a candy wrapper. Refrigerate for at least 30 minutes or up to overnight.
  8. When ready to serve, unwrap the chilled rolls and place on a cutting board. Using a sharp knife (preferably serrated), slice each roll into 1-inch thick pieces using a gentle sawing motion. You should get about 6-7 pinwheels per tortilla.
  9. Arrange the pinwheels in a lunch box or serving platter. Optionally, place a toothpick through each one to help them stay together during transport.

Notes

Do not skip the chilling step—it firms up the cream cheese and makes slicing clean. Use a serrated knife for best results. Wipe the knife between cuts to keep pinwheels neat. These actually taste better the next day after flavors meld. For best results, make the night before serving.
