These Pumpkin Cheesecake Balls combine creamy cheesecake with warm pumpkin spice flavors, making them the perfect cozy fall dessert.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1/2 cup canned pumpkin puree
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup graham cracker crumbs
  • 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 12 oz white chocolate or candy melts
  • Optional toppings: crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, sprinkles

Instructions

  1. In a large bowl, beat the softened cream cheese and pumpkin puree until smooth and creamy.
  2. Add powdered sugar, graham cracker crumbs, pumpkin pie spice, and vanilla extract, and mix until fully combined.
  3. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 30 minutes to firm up the mixture.
  4. Using a cookie scoop or tablespoon, scoop out portions of the cheesecake mixture and roll them into balls with your hands. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
  5. Refrigerate the balls for another 30 minutes to ensure they’re firm enough for dipping.
  6. In a microwave-safe bowl, melt the white chocolate or candy melts in 20-second intervals, stirring after each interval until smooth.
  7. Using forks or dipping tools, dip each cheesecake ball into the melted chocolate, ensuring it’s fully coated. Place them back on the parchment-lined baking sheet.
  8. Before the chocolate sets, sprinkle crushed nuts, mini chocolate chips, or sprinkles on top for decoration.
  9. Allow the coated balls to set in the refrigerator for about 15 minutes, or until the chocolate hardens.

Notes

[‘Make sure cream cheese is softened for a smooth texture.’, ‘Chilling the mixture is essential for easier rolling and coating.’, ‘Use quality chocolate or candy melts for better flavor and texture.’, ‘Decorate immediately after dipping while the chocolate is still wet.’]
