This Pizza Monkey Bread combines gooey melted cheese, tangy sauce, and savory toppings wrapped in soft pull-apart bread, making it a perfect crowd-pleaser for parties or cozy nights.

Ingredients

  • Refrigerated biscuit dough
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Pepperoni slices
  • Grated Parmesan cheese
  • Garlic powder
  • Italian seasoning
  • Butter
  • Pizza sauce

Instructions

  1. Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Grease your bundt pan with butter or non-stick spray.
  2. Separate the biscuit dough into individual pieces and cut each biscuit into quarters using kitchen scissors.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, combine biscuit pieces, shredded mozzarella cheese, pepperoni slices, garlic powder, and Italian seasoning. Toss until evenly coated.
  4. Place the coated dough pieces into the greased bundt pan, spreading them out evenly. Sprinkle grated Parmesan cheese on top.
  5. Melt the butter and mix it with garlic powder. Use a pastry brush to generously coat the dough pieces in the pan.
  6. Bake for 35–40 minutes, or until the bread is golden brown and cooked through. Cover loosely with aluminum foil if the top gets too brown before the middle is cooked.
  7. Let the bread cool for 5 minutes before flipping it onto a serving platter. Serve with warmed pizza sauce for dipping.

Notes

[‘Brush the bread with garlic butter to ensure it stays moist and develops a golden crust.’, ‘Grease your bundt pan well to prevent sticking.’, ‘Adjust baking time if using a different pan size.’, ‘Serve immediately for maximum gooey cheesiness.’]
