  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 23 tablespoons milk (regular or plant-based)
  • 23 tablespoons mini chocolate chips
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup of protein powder, 1/2 cup of oat flour, and a pinch of salt. Stir to combine.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of nut butter and 2 tablespoons of maple syrup. Mix until the ingredients start to come together.
  3. Slowly add 2-3 tablespoons of milk, one tablespoon at a time, mixing thoroughly after each addition. The dough should be creamy but firm enough to hold its shape.
  4. Stir in 2-3 tablespoons of mini chocolate chips and 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract. Mix until evenly distributed.
