Layers of rich, creamy peanut butter, velvety chocolate pudding, and a buttery graham cracker crust come together to create a dreamy dessert perfect for any occasion.

Ingredients

Scale
  • 2 cups graham cracker crumbs
  • 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
  • 2 tablespoons granulated sugar (optional)
  • 8 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 cup whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 2 packages instant chocolate pudding mix (3.9 ounces each)
  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 cups whipped topping or whipped cream
  • 1/4 cup chopped peanuts (optional)
  • Chocolate shavings or mini chocolate chips (optional)

Instructions

  1. In a mixing bowl, combine the graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar (if using). Stir until the mixture resembles wet sand. Press the mixture firmly into the bottom of your baking dish to form an even crust. Chill in the fridge while you prepare the other layers.
  2. In another bowl, beat the cream cheese until smooth. Add the peanut butter and powdered sugar, mixing until combined and creamy. Fold in the whipped topping gently until the mixture is light and fluffy. Spread this layer evenly over the chilled crust.
  3. Whisk together the pudding mix and cold milk in a bowl for about 2 minutes, or until thickened. Pour the pudding evenly over the peanut butter layer.
  4. Spread whipped topping evenly over the pudding layer for a smooth finish. Sprinkle with chopped peanuts, chocolate shavings, or mini chocolate chips for garnish.
  5. Cover the dish with plastic wrap or foil and refrigerate for at least 4 hours, or overnight for best results. Slice into squares and serve cold.
