  • 8 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1/2 cup powdered sugar
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • 1/2 tsp cinnamon (optional)
  • 1/2 cup chopped nuts (pecans or walnuts)
  • 1 cup mini marshmallows (optional)

Instructions

  1. Wash, core, and dice the apples into bite-sized pieces.
  2. In a medium bowl, combine softened cream cheese, Greek yogurt, powdered sugar, vanilla extract, and cinnamon. Beat with a hand mixer until smooth and creamy.
  3. In a large mixing bowl, toss the diced apples with the cheesecake mixture until fully coated.
  4. Fold in the chopped nuts and mini marshmallows gently.
  5. Cover the bowl with plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
  6. Transfer to a serving dish, garnish with extra cinnamon or nuts, and serve chilled.
