Ingredients

  • Jumbo pasta shells
  • Cooked shredded chicken
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Cream cheese, softened
  • Ranch dressing
  • Shredded cheddar cheese
  • Shredded mozzarella cheese
  • Green onions (optional, for garnish)
  • Salt
  • Pepper

Instructions

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil and cook the jumbo pasta shells according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside to cool slightly.
  2. In a mixing bowl, combine the shredded chicken, buffalo sauce, softened cream cheese, and ranch dressing. Stir until well combined and creamy. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
  3. Using a spoon or cookie scoop, carefully fill each cooked pasta shell with the buffalo chicken mixture. Place the stuffed shells into a greased 9×13-inch baking dish.
  4. Sprinkle shredded cheddar and mozzarella cheese evenly over the stuffed shells. Cover the dish with aluminum foil.
  5. Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C) and bake the covered dish for 20 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for another 10 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
  6. Sprinkle chopped green onions on top (optional) and serve warm.

Notes

For extra flavor, drizzle additional buffalo sauce on top before baking. Assemble ahead of time for meal prep and refrigerate until ready to bake.
