Tangy buffalo chicken paired with melty cheese and soft slider buns make these sliders a quick, flavorful, and satisfying dinner option for busy nights or game day gatherings.

Ingredients

  • Cooked shredded chicken
  • Buffalo sauce
  • Ranch dressing
  • Slider buns (e.g., Hawaiian rolls)
  • Cheddar cheese, shredded
  • Butter, melted
  • Garlic powder
  • Optional toppings: thinly sliced green onions or crumbled blue cheese

Instructions

  1. Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  2. In a small saucepan, combine shredded chicken and buffalo sauce. Heat over medium-low, stirring occasionally, until warmed through.
  3. Without separating the individual buns, slice the slider rolls horizontally to create a top and bottom layer. Place the bottom layer in a baking dish.
  4. Spread the buffalo chicken mixture evenly over the bottom layer of buns. Drizzle ranch dressing over the chicken, then sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese on top.
  5. Place the top layer of buns over the filling.
  6. In a small bowl, mix melted butter and garlic powder. Use a pastry brush to brush the mixture over the tops of the buns.
  7. Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake for 15 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 5-7 minutes, or until the tops are golden brown and the cheese is melted.
  8. Let the sliders cool for 5 minutes before slicing into individual portions. Serve warm and enjoy!

Notes

Customize the spice level by adjusting the amount of buffalo sauce. Use freshly shredded cheese for better melting. Cover the sliders while baking to keep the buns moist.
